Something like King or Pedders springs are pretty good value. I'm not a big fan of Monroe shocks but would go for Konis or Kyb's for good value. If your car is lowered a lot progressive springs might not work out so well as lack of travel will stop their effectiveness. Working with other factory springs can work out well if you know their spring rate and calculate how much increase you will get from lowering them 200b,240K etc.. To give more neg. camber you could use adj/ offset strut tops, adj. lower control arms etc..Progressive bump stops are a good idea for the front struts as the originals are usually pretty nasty.
