A mate of mine has a 13b turbo in a 1200ute with a 2.5" exhaust and 2 mufflers and its quieter than my L20 turbo.It also has shitloads of torque as it is fully boosted (15psi) by 2500rpm.He doesnt need to rev it hard as its quicker over the quarter shifting at 6000rpm.He wants to fit a larger turbo so it doesnt boost up so quick plus he doesnt mind the added hp that comes with the larger turbo.
