Mark is  correct. I only have Denso specs so the numbers might be slightly different for a Bosch. The Denso operates at 13.3v +- 2v and output range is 38kv to 42kv so the spark quality isn't affected all that much if the input voltage is in range. On leads, I believe it's an urban myth that you have to have monster leads to have good voltage at the spark plug.
