i don't have any probs as such, but thanks for the tip. i'm currently using top gun 8mm leads and there is no sign of any cross firing.

actually i've had problems with 10mm leads in the past - but never with 8mm leads. i've heard that eg. corolla 4mm leads provide the same current flow as the larger after market leads ???
