Cheaper and easier still, get some riceboy seatbelt pads!  For $10 worth they
make it heaps more bearable.  Making the belt more comfortable is what they're
actually supposed to do believe it or not :)

Dont use the B pillar mounting point as its structurally weak 

Use seat belts from donor cars with similar mounting points (such as 
coupes etc). these have belt hangers to allow the belt to hang over your 
shoulder and not strangle you. Search the archives for a list of possible 
donors (I cant remember :)
