Title: RE: Microtech stuff

You can measure the voltage of the O2 Sensor.  It should read 0-1V.  0.5-0.7 is normally 14:1.  For normal driving it should cycle (not flickering just up and down) from around 0.1-0.9V.  Make sure you use a Multimeter which has an input impedance of greater than 1M ohm.

what do i measure? i can't measure lambda, is there a parallel measurement in voltage or ohms or something?

and it used to drop to 12.2 when i was on the noise, but yesterday, it was all 17 - 18

i don't want to shatter another FJ like i did 3 weeks ago

      Ryan,
The O2 sensors can be checked as it sounds like it might be faulty.17's are fine for cruising at light throttle but that should change as soon as you put your foot into it and should be down to 11.5 once boost has arrived.

does anyone have a fuel map for the FJ20DET for a Microtech.until i can get it dyno-tuned i want to semi fix it. I think it's runningreally REALLY lean. the A/F reading on my Microtech is reading 17.5when I'm driving, which to me says 17.5 parts air to 1 part fuel which islean but when i adjust the mixture trim on the handset for more fuel itflicks between 17.5 and 18.0 like it's going backwards so i can't reallytrust it.
