Ben,   That's about is i.e. 38mm inlet ports and 42mm/35mm valves, everything else is much the same as the A87, some ppl say that the V912 was just a big port A87. It was the stock L18SSS head on early Japanese Mikuni fed engines and the privateer customer rally engines. There's also an E88 head that is very similar, but has an even smaller combustion chamber, 42mm inlet and 35mm exhaust valves.  Telling you what it came from would be giving away a secret (hey, I want these for myself :-) ), but I'll give you a BIG hint - it wasn't fitted to any Z car......
