$400??

Rust on your chassis rails can be fixed a couple of ways,
fold up some steel that fits over the chassis rail,Then clean up the rusty rail and use panel/wall board glue the new metal over the top of the rust.
Other way is the same but weld it on/in..

Every 510 has chassis rust and I'll tell you where,,
Under the front seats ,under the car their are jack pionts that arnt jack pionts(have a look)on the chassis rail.
Well these full up with road dirt and rust out between themselfs,,This is where the rust starts.

You dont need a metal folder to make folded panels for your car.
You need a Vice bolted on your work bench(now most vices have 3-6"jaws)Easy if you need to fold a pice say500mm long you need two lenghts of angle iron it put in your vice with the steel in the middle,Then use vice grips(hand onesVice grip is a brand name) at each end of the angle iron to hold it to gether ,then bend your steel by hand and tap along the folded edge with a hammer ,it will be straight and it does work,I've done it many times and I was shown by panelbeaters that this is the way its done without the flash gear.
Infact you can do it on the ground using two bits of heavy steel and your panel steel that you have to bend, with the ade of your vice grips.

Now its glued/welded in,,Bare steel?,,spray can underseal..Job done
