The 200B arms, from memory, will be sensational
They'll give you stacks of negative camber.
Not sure what sway-bar to use though.
I was also concerned with running out of length on the steering arms!

Let me know what front end combination you come up with.
Mine definitely needs more castor and camber and about 2 inches less ride height!

Title: RE: Shockers and Neg Camber

I also got a set of the LC torana castor arms then found they didnt bolt up to th stanza arms, so if I used 200B ones then i can get round that I think. I also have a set of the offset strut tops, but worked out that they will only shift the top of the strut about 2-3mm inwards which isn't a great gain ( i think I got the small offset ones) plus I also think it will creat problems by shifting teh strut mounting downwards copared to the standard stanza ones.

I will probably just buy a set of Kings springs for the application, I dont have time to do the measuring and calculations for a wrecker spring swap, good idea though. Unless of course you have a suggestion for a spring that is about 2 inches lower and about 50% stiffer, i will happiliy take it on board!!!!

    Ross,

I don't think there are any arms that will give you bolt in neg. camber.
I considered using the 200B ones, but they are too narrow at the crossmember end. You could pack the space with washers to give you adjustable castor.

There is trouble fitting the toe control arms though.
In the end I lengthened the stock arms +10mm each - and reinforced them, it cost me about $30 in total.
(At my current, stock, ride height I should have gone +20mm)

You could also use the 180B offset strut tops, these can be identified quickly because they have an 'o' and two 'x's' stamped on the bolts.

These give you a small amount of bolt in neg. camber.
I have some, but not fitted yet!

Do you have a U-Pull swap in mind for the rear springs or are you going to buy them new?
