The two holes in the f/wall are for the aircon pipes.  If you have no 
aircon there's a special elongated rubber piece that covers the holes 
and a metal plate   that holds it in place.

The under-hood inspection light should have the on/off switch at the 
opposite end of the inspection light body to the lens.  It's just a 
simple toggle switch, but not uncommon to find it broken.  These 
lights are also common to other early Nissan's like 240C and 260C so 
not hard to find a good one.

I found standard Bendix pads worked well with the stock 
calipers/rotors, but any engine performance upgrade will need 
something better (eg Metal Kings).
