That would make sense, it looks like the rubber piece is just missing.
I will replace it with a generic bit of rubber, the noise will give me
the shits.

Man, when I found that inspection light (and figured out what it was)
I was just over the moon. I cant count the number of times I have
needed to see something in the dark and there is nothing handy, and
ended up burning myself on a hot exhaust manifold or something.
Whoever put that light there deserves to be bought a beer or
something.
