Which 200b's came with the twin piston calliper?  What other cars came with
them.  I am looking for a set, and am too lazy to look back through all the
info.

The best solid-disk 200B-based setup is the 253mm disc (same as 240K)
and twinspot Sumitomo calipers.  EBC Greenstuff pads are available for
twinspot Sumitomos and the part number is DB2273.  They are $116.60 a
set from www.autospeed.com

Personally, I think the single piston 200B Girlock calipers are shitty,
because I've seen about umpteen sets with the bleed nipples broken off
in the caliper.
