Adam, The Z18 head will fit the Z20 or L20B block and has the same combustion chamber and valve sizes as Z20. Search the archives for heaps of information on the fitting. Lister Tom Richardson's notes are some of the best I have seen on the conversion for a N/A Z engine. The Z18 manifolds may be a problem if you use a Z20 Head as the manifold stud spacings are slightly different.
