Eddie, They came with an H165 and it bolts straight into the 310. I have used this on my 310-race car. The only other option is the H190 from S12's but they require a minor realignment of the upper arm mounts. No the H165 would not handle the VG30. My 300C has an H190 and handles it very nicely. :) Cheers Feral Errol
