Leighton,
The
very first model 1200 coupe (late 70) has drum brakes and low back seats i.e. no
headrests, disc brakes came in early '71. Piece of cake to change the brakes in
them but you have to change the struts as the drum struts in a 1200 are a real
prick to fit discs to (been there once and learnt this one). Stanza etc with
late 200B callipers and decent pads are a cheapy with good
results.
