hi,    with the bearings,  make sure  ( if they arent already) they are a high speed  version. i  fixed up a  gearbox from a suzuki  4wd,  and  you could    definately get 2 different  versions, normal and hs .( high speed).
i presume that this would be applicable to  most bearings.

Subject: z18et gearbox

Hi all,  back again for some more info.
I will be soon rebuilding my Z18ET gearbox (new bearing and second gear synchro).  Can anyone offer any help on this subject,  mainly with sourcing the correct synchros, bearings etc?

Also I use an R63 clutch (260Z) which doesn't hold at 12psi boost.  Are there any cheap/factory clutch options that will fit?

I also plan to lighten the flywheel by 30%.  Any comments?

Pete.
