Hum.. well here I am responding to my own post lol.

I did some research of my own and it seems the R200 LSD came out in the 
87-89 300ZX Turbos in a 3.7 ratio with 20lbs preload.  Aparently you can buy 
them new from NISMO in 3.7, 3.9 or 4.11 ratios and with optional kit 
upgrades upto 100lbs of preload.

Aparently the 180SX, Silvas and others also have a R200 LSD but it is 
smaller and won't bolt right in as the 300ZX ones will.

but I did find the diameter relation useful.
