Mark, Yes there
is one in the ozdat members section from New Zealand. This was a very popular
car with the 240RS engine in a sunny and all the 240RS drive train. Alloy LSD
centres are worth about $2500 for 30 splines centres and $1600 for 28 splines
stanza centres. The 28 spline axles are hard to get. The alloy
centres from the 240 RS coped with 280hp from the FJ24 in the 240RS. Computer
is personal preference. I like em both :-) The sunny
is a lot lighter, has less drag (lower CD), and is easy to beef up to race
specs with a gazelle diff housing and axles. I would
probably go for a CA18DET rather than an FJ though just on weight. Cheers Feral
Errol -----Original Message----- Listers, I have a few questions I would like
cleared up. If you can help I'd appreciate it. (Errol, Terry - you out there?) 1. Has anyone put an FJ20 Turbo into a
Datsun Sunny before? 2. How much are LSD centres for the H190
worth (the ones with Aluminium Housings)? 3. Will the Aluminium housings cope with
300hp? 4. Which computer should I run Motec or
Autronic? Cheers guys, Mark. P.S. I have sold my 1600 race car, and
yes the sunny will be the replacement. --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
