How strong must the adjusting bracket on a 1600 be - breaking the lower mounting bolts is so typical of the 55amp Bosch - pain in the you know where and a truly delightful job getting the broken bits out of the bracket. I keep a spare bracket just in case these days and then you can get the broken bits out later. Also, I got serious with those bolts the last time one broke and fitted some high tensile items, and they seem to be staying in one piece for now - I've even been to Brissy and back mainly at night.
