Wide arse wheels are bad in the wet too, well I had a mate with a XF falcon with like 245's on the back... and in the wet it was very unpredictable, I guess this was his wide wheels. It seemed to be alot better when he put smaller (width) wheels on.
Is this the case with all cars?
