TRX rims dont fit (still!!!)

Howdy Guys.   I got the shop to swap the tyres over (no charge) for 195/50/15s, but they still don’t fit!!! Driving around and on most corners theyre ok, but when I get to full steering lock it makes the buzzing noise of tyre on underbody paint. Is this to be expected? It really wont bother me that much I just wont do tight u-turns… but if there is something wrong Id wanna get it fixed.
