I take it you're not talking TRX Bluey mags. LX Bluey etc are actually 6" wide (TRX are 5.5") and LX mags have slightly more backspace (~5") which results in around 8mm different offset to TRX mags and you are correct as they will only fit 200B hubs with spacers, but spacers are illegal in Aus unless OEM. Early 200B (10/77 - 7/79 DB1027 pads) hubs are wider by ~4mm than late model 200B (DB1091 pads) so if your out by 12mm it sounds like you could have late model 200B hubs - either are not much good with Bluey mags.
