This is what SWR use:

Top hose R31 Skyline bottom part no 050601 shortened at each end
Bottom hose Lancer/Galant bottom 050125

What brand those hose part numbers are, I have no idea.

While we're on the topic can you advise whether the N13 radiator 
hoses will suit the FJ? It's mainly the top one one I need as I think 
with some shortening the bottom one will be reused. Someone mentioned 
Stuart Wilkins rallying, but I think I should be able to dodge 
something up from a close proximity to what I need i.e. OEM cut to 
fit from N13...
