Mark, Good stuff mate, I told you it would fit but the 12" fan is a bit tricky. We didn't run the plenum water bypass in the race engine as had MT8 controlling things, but most of the street ppl do in Canberra. If you are running the stock ECU then most of the sensors on the FJ engine are heat related one way or another, so you have to be careful what you do away with especially in Canberra winters. The connections on the thermostat housing are particularly prone to going bad, the AFM & TPS aren't far behind and you must run a good quality thermostat 180F or 82C.
