Thank you for that ,Thats nothing i didnt know,One is for the light ,the other for gauge.Sorry if i put you wrong ,,what ever I meant to say was,,,the sender for the gauge  is the same with most Nissan senders that have a oil gauge....eg 240Z is the same as 300ZX which is the same as 510SSS.. Later model ones have rubber cover,The reason being so it takes longer for you to see it lecks oil..And that is a Fact,I was told that by the parts manger here at Nissan.He worked their when 510's were new and still today.
