I thought it was the Charger? The thing about the Ford is that it won Bathurst and the Charger could only get 3rd, so I guess thats where the hype came from that the GTHO was the quickest.

Although the wine-quaffing, Porsche-driving weekend racers may snub their noses at it when one is entered in a road rally against them, I think that even they acknowledge its racing heritage. If I had $10 000 I'd spend it on something other than a 510 SSS. I'd put it towards a 240Z or a late-model 180SX.
