1600 Engines

Hey all, I'm a bit new to this whole game and I was wondering if anyone could help me with some power figures for L series engines. Hoiw many horsies do you think I'd get out of an L16 thru a Stanza 5spd with twin SUs or a single weber, unifilters, extractors and 2 1/4" exhaust (at the wheels in a 1600)? Same question for L18, L20. What are the stock figures?
