Errol,
Could you put Z18T internals straight into the Z22 block? and then get a set low compression pistons?..
Z18T crank and rods would be a better performer than the stock Z22???

thanks
Cameron

Yes you can put the Z18 bits on the Z20 and Z22 bottoms. You need different
pistons to modify the comp though.
Z22 are hard to get as they only came out one year in 720's

Hi,

just wondering what else is required if I went to a z20 or z22 bottom end
from a z18.
It's not as easy as putting the z18turbo top end onto a z20 or z22 bottom
end is it??

are the z20 and z22 bottom ends easy to find??

would it make much difference to performance, if there kept standard ???

don't laugh too hard if it's a silly question, just thought I'd ask
Thanks
Dave
