Unleaded fuel in pre-1986 Datsuns

Hey all,
I have a Datsun Stanza, '80 model, and I currently use LRP in it. Im wondering though, am I able to run ULP in it without the stock L16 engine getting damaged? I asked this question on the discussion board but nobody knew for certain... im thinking of just trying it but if someone who knows for certain could tell me beforehand thatd be great just so I know what I'm up against.
