1600 struts

Hi guys,   I'm wondering what my best option for front struts are. I want to be able to put big brakes on them. I've seen that Cam has 180b stuts, which look good. I've got a set of 200b struts and also 240k. Which would be best? Do the inserts from the 240k struts (which are on my car atm) fit into a 200b?   I just dont want to buy new stuts if either of the ones I have can have big brakes put on them.
