Bog Cog in Croydon are very good and have been tuning U/2ltr sport sedans for a number of competitors. Pete Teague is very busy these days doing 3 open sports sedans in the Yarra valley alone, including Michael Robinson's series winning commodore and the ex Bob jolly Flymo commodore. Pete is good but hard to get :-)

Dave, Pete originally had his car tuned by PET performance who have a very good reputation for tuning race cars. Errol also recomended someone to me recently but I can't remember his name. Shop around a bit and try to find a few people who have used the tuner so you can talk to them as some places just wack in a power tune and don't do all the fine tuning of your cruise speed maps and stuff like that. Costs a bit more but well worth it in the long run if it is a street car. Also I wouldn't worry to much about your power figures as by changing ramp rates or the gear you run it up in the figures can change dramatically without altering the tune. Unless you are building a dyno queen to win HP hero's type shootouts aim more for drivability than anything else.
