I actually swapped the starter motor for another one already, and it started
once but now it won't.....any ideas??

                 Its most likely ya stater motor, maybe it's had it,  I had
that happen to me, the clicking noice is the fork lifting the cog (that is
ment to be spining) onto the flywheel.  Take ya stater off and get it
checked out.
