Good voltage doesn't necca mean that there is enough amperage to start an engine, good voltage alone wont do it. If you have a voltmeter (or multi-meter) hook it up and take a reading when you try to engage the starter. Also what happens to the dash idiot lights when you hit the starter - if they go dim or out altogether, then I suspect that the battery isn't as good as it seems. Got another known good battery to try out?

I actually swapped the starter motor for another one already, and it started
once but now it won't.....any ideas??

that happen to me, the clicking noice is the fork lifting the cog (that is
ment to be spining) onto the flywheel. Take ya stater off and get it
checked out.
