Thanks Nick. Richmond is pretty close to my place so it would not be a
difficult thing to throw the falcon on a tow truck and take it to/from each
event.

That's exactly what i'm after though, an adrenalin rush from an underpowered
tank.

Geordie,

MotorKhana's/Khanacrosses are a bit of a laugh.
Some real rough looking (but 100% mechanically sound) cars show up to these.
The Hills car club is your closest club I think. Ansell Park near Richmond
Airforce Base is the closest venue.

Big RWD cars manouvering fast in tight, dirt/gravel situations look and
sound like a force of nature, especially with nearly bald road tyres. You
can see the fear in the eyes of the bystanders - when you can see through
the dust storm that you have created that is.
It is such an anti-climax to get out of your car physically shaking from
adrenaline overload, temporarily deaf from being so close to a screaming
engine, and see some shitbox FWD car pootle around with just a couple of
handbrake turns - and beat your time by 5 seconds!

Regards,
Nick
