yeah ya can do it standing still.....bit harder tho.....just rev the crapper out of it, turn the key off.....pump the accelerator (so cars will only work if the acc doesnt get pumped) then just before it is about to stall....turn the key on twin webers are the best....the longer i would wait, the bigger the flame with my old twin webered L20
