FYI if you ever need to do this I removed my fuel tank to drain some fuel & see if any crap was in it. the fuel that came out of the drain plug looked clean to me
but anyway what i was going to say is that the rubber part of the filler was so hard that it broke as soon as i wobbled it to remove it. one out of a datsun 120y sedan fitted, not exactly the same, but close enough to trim back a bit.
