TPS or AFM. ??? On a SR20 there is a idle air screw between runners 2&3 on the inlet manifold that would also cause this to happen. Maybe go looking for a idle air screw. Also, the idle air solenoids can get some char in them so u can clean that out with carby cleaner pressurepack.
Just taking wild shots here mate..
