Hi there listers. I have a problem which arose when i got my 1600's suspension done. i got the handling kit from whiteline installed by FULCRUM. I had it lowered to a height of 315mm at the front, 280mm at the rear, these are measured from centre of hub to the underside of guard. I am running 200B struts with king springs and koni adjustables. What is happening is that the lower control arms are now rubbing on the disks, i have already cut out a section in the backing plate for the disks, and ground a bit off the little strengthening rib around the bottom of the arm.

I was lucky that i didnt go and get new disks straight up, still have the old disks that were on the struts when i got them from the wreckers, they are 11mm thick, close to illegal i presume.
I just cannot think of anyway i can fix the situation, have thought off a spacer between the ball joint and the bottom of the leg, but seems dodgey, it has me stuffed, i wanna fix it before i get some vented disks....... Does anyone have any ideas, like, surely a lot of people have used 200B struts with an L20B motor conversion and had the car lowered......
