OK Stuey,
You have two options to fix this ..... and cutting/grinding the lower control arm back is not fixing it.
1. replace your ball joints .... Yes they are no doubt worn a little. I
had same problem and mine were not that old. This time don't buy the
cheapest ball joints you can get find out which ones are the better quality.
2. Change you struts for say some of the ones I am using. Based on the R31
legs with adjustable spring platforms and twin spot callipers. Very nice
upgrade from 200b......Also Optional upgrade to 4 spot R32 callipers. -
Hope this helps.

but even takin all that off doesnt quite look as though it will be enough. And then if i get new disks, it will be worse wont it, cause new disks will encrotch on the control arm end again...
which are the strut/bump steer spacers, and what will replacing them do, if
they havent already been done....
Um, the whiteline KIT as such doesnt exist anymore, some of the parts do,
fulcrum basically made up the same kit really, mainly using there own parts,
but i got the kings springs, koni adjust. front and rear, whiteline front &
rear sways and front strut brace. New bushes and bumpstops throughout the
car. I find it unreal except for the fact im running ET pulsar turbo
mags??? with spacers???? with 195 60 16 tires on it, way to much roll in
tires, there too big for the rims, but still f%$#ing unreal setup i think,
also this is the first car i have ever had to handle good, ive always had
triton utes for work.....
what do you mean by spring rates?? im not up on the technicals hey, sorry
