Any R31,R32,R33 man box will bolt up behind the RB30E People say if you wanna turbo the RB30E then get the turbo RB20DET man box, but these are just hard to find the R33 RB25DE 5spd box is prolly much more solid then the R32 box,
The RB20DE (t) head does fit on the RB30 block, now the RB25DE (t) head will fit but I'm sure there is some customising needed with in oil/water jacks.
