Hummm this is terrible, Datto people forgetting about such a good engine
:

GQ Patrol - Featured a Carbi'd RB30
R31 Skyline (Aus) - Featured RB30E (EFI)
Which was sold to Holden to recover from a somewhat downward turn in the
Commodore line, with this motor they picked the market and it revived a
car that was heading into the ground with its backward tech.
The RB boasts such strong points as a Solid bottom end, which in
standard form is a vary hard thing to destruct, but if effort is put in
then you can destruct anything. Week points - Belt driven (belts
should replace every 70,000) and Hydraulic Lifters, these tend to get
very upset if the engine rec. high rev range for ext periods. But other
then that a good motor and still by far a good workhorse.

RB30E was a 9.1:1 Comp, and I think the RB30ET was about 7.8:1 don't
quote on those.

Have a good one guys.
