Thanks heaps for that Terry...
I actually got my car back on the road... After
ringing up the vicroads office they told me that an engineer is only required if
a RWC place thinks its unsafe or needed. I simply took my car to another RWC
place and it passed without anything needed to be done!!
Anyway I'll archive this email incase I ever need
to get my car fully engineered. Thanks for the reply.
I think mine would be fine anyway, its not
ridiculously low. And I'm using king springs which you would assume would be
legal.
