I figured it might be. I have a spare KA24DE and the old Z20S which I'd
converted to an L series that used to be in my 510. I might have to just
take a look at the possibilities if combining them. The converted Z20 was
great... nice and torquey but no real power over about 5500rpm. With
headwork and a cam I'm sure that would have been sorted but I'm wondering if
the KA head would yield similar results. It would be kind of like an SR20DE
I suppose ...which cannot be found here in RWD form ..well apart from the
one I found :o).

Is the combustion chamber on the SOHC KA head large enough to give you
turbo-able compression on the 2.0L using the stock n/a pistons?

Yeah, it's frustrating that the old Dattos are so rare here. I have never
seen another 510 on the road here ever. They only sold 3500 of them in the
first place so it's not suprising they are rare now. It's good that you guys
get Retro Cars there. It's a good mag. They'd have more Datto stuff in there
but there's a real lack of modified ones here. Maybe some of you should send
some pics of your cars in to them for a feature!
