I really don't know. But the caliper mounting holes would be in a different position relative to the new 270mm circumference. So I guess you would need different calipers or fabricate a bracket to push the caliper out by 9mm. Seems hardly worth the effort if u can get new discs, however Malcolm said a while back that new ones are NLA, at least in NZ. Stub axle design is probably the same between C110/C210, knowing Nissan, but don't quote me on that. If you can get new 253mm discs then you have the option of fitting Toyota RN46 4-pot calipers.
