How many do you want to do? Speedwerx (www.speedwerx.xom.au) do a great tube notcher but not worth the expense for only a couple of pipes.
If you want a neat job done cheaply, do an accurate template, roughly fishmouth it with a small angle grinder and clean it to shape with a die grinder.
