I've tried the good old hold it tight and hope for the best - the results are not that great.
Will give the hole saw a shot - thanks Chris although a couple of the joins aren't 90deg, will see how i go. with a good vice and drill press other angles maybe possible... cheers guys > You can just use a hole saw in a drill press if you are doing only 90 deg > joints.
