Hi Antony,
I did as Jeff suggested but kept getting a window up
everytime i started up saying that i had modified the start up programs (or
something like that) and it would be there everytime i did so i just went
back to the default. I have since removed Microsoft Antispyware Beta (CPU
ran at 100% for about 10 mins after with no other Apps running so i
restarted computer and was ok) and a few other programs and it seems a
little better.

I was thinking of getting a new hard drive and transfering everything over
just incase is craps itself. Is it possible to do this? I`m really a novice
on computers so don`t really know how to copy/burn/backup stuff.

A new problem exsists now where i cannot download and install Microsoft
Updates that were just released. I think it has something to do with
Zonealarm Security Suite`s firewall.

So that`s were i`m at at the moment so if you`re able to assist any further
please do, i would very greatfull. You can (or anyone else) contact me via
email or at [EMAIL PROTECTED] on MSN.

Thanks for keeping in touch,
                                              Kris
