Are you getting the new firmware directly from the vendor? Or is it
already public somewhere?

Does it mean H4P driver was submitted upstream?

If you are able to, it would be nice to get newer BT drivers from TI
for bluetooth as well. I'm sure they have some fixes (IIRC some
Android based phones have the same chipset from N9, but seem to have a
different firmware format).
