TI are keeping their firmware up-to-date in linux-firmware git tree:

I packaged the ti-connectivity folder already, and it's now in
CE:Adaptation:N950-N9

AFAIK no. This driver was forward ported from the old (PR1.3 based)
kernel. Doesn't mean the driver could not be upstreamed though.

I think the BT Nokia version has some "special stuff" only for Nokia.
Hence the "Plus" in H4P. So I'm bit sceptical about TI made drivers
working with it.
