Sorry but isn't merb a code-sharing feat in itself? It's a component- 
based framework, which is essentially an effort to share as much code  
as possible.

Are you talking about sharing domain-specific-level code? (in other  
words, code that solves specific problems, as averse to general  
application-building code)?
